Hanna Fogel, Content Creator and Editor at the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis, recently announced some virtual events for May and June.
"On Tuesday, May 11 at 8 p.m., Las Palabras, an evening of music and conversation with Mexican Jewish musician Rafael Cohen, will air in partnership with Arte Mexicano en Indiana. Admission is free. On Thursday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m., a cooking demo with Paula Shoyer, author of The Instant Pot Kosher Cookbook, in partnership with the JCC Literary Consortium. Ms. Shoyer will be making her New York cheesecake and blintzes. Admission is $5 for a ticket only and $30 for a ticket plus a copy of the cookbook," she explained.
"On Wednesday, May 19 at 8 p.m., U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, author of Antitrust: Taking on Monopoly Power from the Gilded Age to the Digital Age, will appear in partnership with the JCC Literary Consortium. Tickets are $10 apiece or $36 for a ticket and a signed copy of her book. On Thursday, May 27 at 8 p.m., Jennifer Weiner, author of That Summer, will speak in partnership with the JCC Literary Consortium. Admission is $5 for a ticket only and $36 for a ticket and book with signed copy. On Thursday, June 10 at 8 p.m., Sabeeha Rehman and Walter Ruby, authors of We Refuse to Be Enemies: How Muslims and Jews Can Make Peace, One Friendship at a Time will speak. Admission is free," Ms. Fogel mentioned.

www.JCCindy.org/events. We'll also be hosting a virtual tour of Prague on Sunday, June 20 and welcoming author Daniel Silva to our screens on Monday, July 12th. Tickets for these events are to be announced," she added.
