They are not removing the barriers they're just moving them out of the driving lanes of the street. The barricades still block sections of the parking lanes for outdoor dining. The street is now open to traffic, so pedestrians and restaurant patrons need to be vigilant.

Editor's Note: Carrollton Avenue is still closed to traffic from Broad Ripple Avenue.
