Since the October 9th fire at Mississippi Belle restaurant, 2170 E. 54th Street [OO30 on map], several of the nearby shops are still closed. Still closed are Mississippi Belle and Naptown Thrift. Groomingdales of Indianapolis is open through a rear door. The next shop to the north is open, World Record Shoppe.
