Better Thinking

Below are 2 poems I wrote on January 19, 2008. They are both untitled, but may be described as "Cognitive behavioral therapy for self and society."

consciously contemplating consciousness
opening up - letting it sink in
altering consciousness
altering behavior
changing consciousness
of those around
behavioral shift in society
world evolves upward

②

raising a thought
above what it once was
erasing a negative thought
seeing it for what it is
eliminating the irrational
elevating thinking
to the realm
of the divine
