P2E meets every Monday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Church at the Crossing, located at 9100 Haverstick Road. Since inception in early 2008, P2E has assisted approximately 289 individuals in finding new positions. Including temporary and contact work, nearly 400 people have re-entered the workforce with their help. P2E Director and Founder Earle Hart said, "We are a support group because nobody understands the anxiety and worries of being unemployed except others going through the same thing." In addition to signing up for workshops like software training, interviewing tips, resume and cover letter writing, they can talk to career advisors and WorkOne staff. Monthly WorkOne calendars contain various job search related events that can benefit anyone seeking employment.

WorkOne West is located at 805 Beachway Drive, Suite 110 (phone: 246-5400). Their hours are the same as WorkOne's East office. Different firms under contract from the State of Indiana operate each WorkOne office.
